At the heart of this organization is a simple belief: no child should be overlooked, and no family should feel alone.
As someone deeply committed to service, advocacy, and community development, I have seen firsthand the challenges families face when navigating autism—limited access to services, lack of support, and the emotional weight carried daily by parents and caregivers.
Heart of Autism Inc. was created to change that.
We are building more than programs—we are building a community. A place where families feel supported, children are understood, and opportunities are created.
As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Heart of Autism Inc. operates with a clear charitable purpose and accountability. This designation means that donations made to our organization are tax-deductible, and we are held to strict federal standards regarding transparency, governance, and the use of funds to support our mission.
Additionally, we are registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for charitable solicitations. 🥗 Spectrum Food Pantry
We provide autism-informed food support tailored to the unique sensory and dietary needs of autistic children. Many families face challenges with food acceptance due to texture, taste, and sensory sensitivities. Our pantry focuses on accessible, suitable options that support both nutrition and daily living.
🤝 Autism Parent Support Group
We create a safe, welcoming space where parents and caregivers can connect, share experiences, and support one another. Through monthly meetings, families gain emotional support, practical strategies, and a sense of community—because no one should navigate autism alone.
📞 Autism Resource Response Team
We assist families in navigating the often complex systems of healthcare, education, and therapy services. Our team helps connect families to the right resources, provides guidance, and supports them in accessing the services their children need to thrive.
🎨 Spectrum Studio
We offer creative, sensory-friendly programs that allow autistic children to express themselves through art, music, movement, and play. Spectrum Studio fosters confidence, communication, and joy in a supportive and inclusive environment.
